ADMINISTRATION
Cage Cashier
Responsible for handling transactions with both internal and external customer involving a variety of cash and cash equivalents. Exchange coins and tickets for cash and to make change for customers as necessary; Assist Slot dept. with payout of jackpots; Balance banks on daily basis; Conduct transactions with guests; Cash personal checks utilizing check guaranteeing service; Maintain, fill and service Ticket Redemption Units; Must be flexible to work varied hours; Knowledge/operational skills of coin counter and currency counters preferred; Must be able to operate office equipment and 10-key calculators; Min. 18 yrs. of age; HS Diploma/GED required; One (1) year retail cashier or money handling and customer service experience preferred; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License. 

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Banquet House Person - Set Up
Set-up and take down all meeting rooms, banquet space and ballroom areas. Clean and maintain all corridors, event areas, banquet storage areas, elevators and landings and service areas in the banquet facilities ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Bartender
Responsible for providing friendly, excellent service while preparing and pouring drinks for customers; prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients; Collect payment from guests; Ability to operate the following equipment: juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, Co2 containers; beer taps; Knowledge of operating a cash register; Must be a min. of 18 yrs. of age ; HS Diploma-GED required; Previous customer service experience preferred with min. six months bartending experience. Part-time hours including one weekend day.
Beverage Shift Manager
The Beverage Shift Manager is responsible for all Beverage operations for their shift.  Monitor and ensure quality and efficiency of all aspects of the beverage department and property.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Bus Person
Assist servers in providing fast and courteous service of food and beverage to guests ;d performing miscellaneous tasks; Clear, clean, and set tables and performs miscellaneous tasks according to established service standards; Perform set-up and closing side work assignments such as make coffee, fold napkins, etc; Stock service station with napkins, placemats, condiments, etc; May routinely fill water glasses, serve non-alcoholic beverages; May assist with other duties as assigned including room service duties; Min. 18 years of age; Min. six (6) months F & B experience;  HS Diploma/GED required; Must be able to work overnights including weekends/holidays.
Cocktail Server
Responsible for providing fast, friendly and courteous service to every customer while taking and serving beverage orders; Responsible for taking beverage orders and serving complimentary beverages to guests, slot and pit areas; Position requires ability to interact with the public, speak English clearly and remember details; Physical exertion in the way of walking, standing, turning, bending, lifting and carrying is also required; Must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition; Min. 18 years of age; HS Diploma/GED required; Six (6) months revious food and beverage experience required; Must be approved for and maintain a valid PA Non-Gaming license. Open schedule with availability to work days/nights/weekends and holidays. 
Cook (all levels)
Responsible for all kitchen operations; Prepares and produces menu items to recipe standards in a quick and efficient manner; Assist with employee training and scheduling; Knowledge of all meats, grading and cuts; HS D Diploma-GED required; Previous culinary experience with line cook  experience required. Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred.
Cook - Wok
Responsible for the fast and clean servicing of all menu items to the restaurant service persons and is responsible for seeing that each order that is sent out is uniform; Controls food production to include: proper cooking methods; proper cooking times and temperatures; insures sanitation, handling and storage of prepared foods and leftovers; Prepare food items according to portion and quality standards specified in recipes; control food usage to minimize waste; Maintain a clean kitchen by cleaning all work surfaces used in food preparation on an ongoing basis; 3-5 yrs. previous cooking exp. required; Previous Noodle Bar exp. highly preferred. Must be fluent in Chinese.
Cook 1 - Buffet - Saucier
Responsible for all kitchen operations; Prepares and produces menu items to recipe standards in a quick and efficient manner; Assist with employee training and scheduling; Knowledge of all meats, grading and cuts; High school diploma or equivalent, plus minimum three (3) years of culinary experience.  Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred.
Dining Room Attendant
Stocks and maintains the inventory in the dining room to enable Buffet Beverage Servers to service guests; Separate dirty china, glassware and silver to deliver to kitchen for cleaning;  Remove soiled dishware from dining room and deliver to the dish room;  Retrieve clean flatware, china and glasses from dish room for restocking in dining room;  Clean, clear and set tables according to established service standards; Perform set-up and closing side work as assigned by manager, i.e., folding napkins, restocking service station areas, condiments, etc.; Min. six (6) months F &B exp. preferred; Must be able to work weekends/holidays; Min.  18 years of age; HS Diploma/GED required.
Employee Dining Room Attendant
Responsible for the fast and clean servicing of all menu items to the restaurant service persons and is responsible for seeing that each order that is sent out is uniform; Controls food production to include: proper cooking methods; proper cooking times and temperatures; insures sanitation, handling and storage of prepared foods and leftovers; Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area; May maintain supplies and equipment (trays, china, silver and condiments) for service at the station areas; one (1 ) year previous F&B experience required. Flexible work schedule - second shift.
General Cashier Host
Responsible for operating cash register and properly settling checks in F&B outlets; Records all tips collected from credit cards and complimentaries; Provides exceptional customer service; Min.  18 yrs. of age; HS Diploma-GED required; Knowledge of cash, credit card and complimentary transactions desired; Previous customer service with a min. of six months F&B exp. preferred; Hours and schedule vary including weekends and holidays.
Pool Attendant
Qualified candidate must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition while providing exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the appearance of pool area and to enhance environment for creating an excellent time and ensuring safety of all guests, i.e. ensuring the pool deck is clean and slip resistant; sweeping, picking up trash and wiping all furniture, maintaining towels, changing/emptying ash trays and garbage cans regularly, etc.; Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment; High school diploma or its equivalency required with previous customer service experience preferred; Lifeguard, CPR for the professional Rescuer, and First Aid Training/Certification highly preferred; Must present a well-groomed appearance. Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule. Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts.
Pool Bartender
Qualified candidate must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition while providing exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times; Responsibilities include serving and mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests and servers in accordance to specifications set forth by the Venue in a courteous and timely manner; Must possess complete knowledge of food and beverage including preparation and understand and demonstrate proper liquor, beer and wine service; Must maintain awareness of all state laws pertaining to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages as well as staff privileges and responsibilities; Responsible for cash handling; Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment; High school diploma or its equivalency required with previous customer service experience preferred; Previous Serving, Bartending experience required with a minimum two years experience highly preferred; Must present a well-groomed appearance. Must be teamwork oriented; Cash Handling, and/or Infogenesis experience preferred. Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule. Pool Server

Seating Host
The Seating Host will responsible for hosting and seating all guests to shows and or other special events hosted at Mount Airy Casino Resort.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Welcome, host and seat all customers to assigned show and or special event.Answers questions/ inquiries and handles all guest requests.Practice good guest relations when encountering guests.Manual dexterity to put wrist bands on guests when/if necessary.Able to maintain composure during guests interactions. Able to control situations which may become confrontational with the guests.Able to identify intoxicated patrons.Must be a team player and cooperate with employees within the department as well as other departments. Presents a good image and professional bearing throughout the shift.Requires mathematical skills and writing ability.Addresses guests with a pleasant nature at all times.Acquire knowledge of the casino layout and the ability to give proper directions. Qualifications/Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.Must be able to handle cash and make transactions.Must have basic mathematical writing skills to be able to make transactions. Wok Cook- Lucky 8 Noodle and Sushi Bar

RESORT OPERATIONS
Bell Person
The Bellperson is responsible for providing hospitality by greeting/welcoming and assisting guests with handling and transporting luggage and personal belongings while ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Essential Job Functions: ·         Welcomes guests in a friendly and courteous manner, unloads, stores and transports guests’ luggage and personal belongings.  ·         Promotes positive guest, employee and public relations at all times.·         Provides detailed information pertaining to room layout, features, amenities and hotel services to guest upon delivering luggage to rooms.  Offers to provide ice and order any additional room amenities.·         Tags and securely stores guests’ luggage and personal belongings.  ·         Maintains knowledge of property, hotel, events and promotions to assist with guest inquiries.·         Complies with departmental policies, procedures and standards.  ·         Effectively communicates all job/property related and pertinent information to superiors.·         Assists in other projects and handles job tasks as deemed appropriate.·         Attends meetings as necessary.·         Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
Cash Services Representative

Chief Engineer
The Chief Engineer is responsible for the management of facilities operations and the functioning of building systems and property maintenance and leading and motivating a team to exceed the goals of the department and property.  A working knowledge of OSHA regulations, HVAC and power generator systems required as well as basic principles related to electrical wiring and plumbing procedures.  Knowledge of maintenance systems in large, complex property and applicable laws and codes required.  Five (5) to Eight (8) years of relevant experience with a minimum, of Five (5) years managing facility maintenance for a high volume property. 
Director of Hotel Sales
Responsible for maximizing the occupancy and the average daily rate of the hotel, in addition to 5500 sq. ft. convention space sales, while upholding excellent guest service and accommodations to all guests; Assists the Executive VP and General Manager in the development and implementation of annual hotel sales and plan; Creates awareness of hotel in civic, social and business community; Attracts, retains, trains, and motivates a diverse sales force; Responsible for the development of online and offline sales strategy; Must be a minimum of 18 yrs. of age upon employment; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; five plus (5+) years of Hotel Sales experience required in an upscale full-service four star property;  Must have a demonstrated track record of sales and Rev Par growth specifically in the northern New Jersey and Pennsylvania market; Must be able to actively solicit, sell and book business and must be able to think outside the box. Proficient computer/PC skills, including Microsoft Office; Must be an energetic and creative sales pro.
EVS Attendant
The Environmental Services (EVS) Public Area Attendant is responsible for highest level cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, including the casino during the assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.  One year of EVS cleaning experience preferred.
Front Desk Agent On Call Position
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing hospitality through greeting and welcoming guests and assisting guests in a friendly and courteous manner while performing check in and checkout processes, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Guest Room Attendant
Responsible for the highest level of cleanliness of guest rooms, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino; the Guest Room Attendant will conform to all Housekeeping standards; Promote positive guest, employee and public relations at all times; Responsible for the quality, consistency and presentation of all products and services delivered to guests; Replenishes supplies, maintains a clean cart which is fully and neatly stocks with linens and supplies; Service a minimum of 14 guest rooms during a shift;  Responsible for the security of assigned room keys; Must be a min. of  18 yrs. of age; HS Diploma/GED required; One (1) year Hospitality/Housekeeping exp. preferred; Possess excellent customer service and communication skills; Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays. Part-Time.  Must be available to work 4PM - 12 AM
Heavy Porter
The Environmental Services (EVS) Heavy Porter is responsible for highest level cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, including the casino during the assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel-Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Responsible for the heavy cleaning and servicing of public and administrative areas, spa-salon, restaurants rest rooms and casino area and other assigned areas according to established procedures and standards. Promotes positive guest, employee and public relations at all times. Responsible for the quality, consistency and presentation of all products and services. Responsible for the safe and effective handling of heavy duty cleaning equipment such as, but not limited to, shampooers, buffers, burnishers, carpet cleaners and other miscellaneous cleaning equipment. Responsible for the security, cleaning, maintenance and safe storage of all equipment used. Must be able to complete tasks with minimal direction. Must ensure the safe handling of all chemicals and equipment according to manufacturer’s instructions and OSHA regulations. Responsible for the safe and efficient restoration and maintenance of all flooring. Deliver supplies as assigned. Promptly reports any maintenance, equipment, property or guest service problems to supervision. Must ensure the proper posting of signage when necessary. Participates in daily inspections with supervision as necessary. Assists in other projects and handles job tasks as deemed appropriate.
Linen Houseperson
Responsible for handling, issuing and processing all linens, textiles and supplies and supporting Housekeeping operations, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino; Maintains linen and supplies storage facilities in a clean and orderly manner; Prepares, inspects and counts linens and textiles from laundry service;One year of Hospitality/Housekeeping experience preferred; Minimum 18 yrs of age; HS Diploma/GED required.  On-Call Position with availability to work second shift including weekends and holidays.

SECURITY/SURVEILLANCE
Security Officer
Responsible for ensuring the safety of the Casino patrons, Hotel guests, employees of the Company and to protect the assets and property of the company; Ensures compliance with all Federal and State Laws and the Rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board; Responds immediately to all incidents, illegal activities or any other emergency situations; Continually monitors their assigned area for safety hazards that could endanger patrons, guests or employees.  Starting rate of pay is $10.00 per hour.  Must be a min. of 21 yrs.; HS Diploma-GED required; Minimum one (1) year work experience.  Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required with occasional travel; Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License.
Surveillance Agent
Responsible for operating all surveillance computer equipment; Monitors all areas of the property and closely observes a target game, staff member or customer; Reports improper activity or disturbances to supervisor or security team for further investigation; Ensures compliance with gaming requirements set by state gaming authority and local law enforcement; Safeguards the assets of the organization; Assists the Surveillance Shift Manager in organizing routine random surveillances as required; Works closely with the Security Department to prevent the loss or damage of company assets; HS Diploma/GED required; Minimum two (2) years related experience preferred; Performs a variety of tasks as determined by the Surveillance Shift Manager; Minimum  21 years of age; Must maintain a valid PA Gaming License. Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

TABLE GAME OPERATIONS
Experienced and or Certified Table Games Dealers
(Mt Airy has positions open for Dealers with experience and/or Dealers with Certified Training from an accredited gaming school. All serious applicants are welcome to apply.  The process will involve an interview and table game audition. These positions are "On Call-Part time." )Responsible for the protection and integrity of the  games being dealt; Conducts the games in accordance with MACR policies and procedures and regulations of PGCB; Handling player transactions and notifying Floor Supervisor or Pit Manager of any irregularities; Responsible for maintaining a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the guest with a pleasant gaming experience; Excellent customer service and communication skills required. One (1) year experience as a casino dealer within the last five (5) years and certified in two (2) core games (Craps, Blackjack, Roulette and/or Baccarat) required.  Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the PGCB. Please indicate core games certifications held under the Special Skills section.
Player Development - Asian Host
The Asian Host executes the Asian player marketing strategy to maintain the existing clientele base and increase premium players, their visits and their loyalty. Executes effective player marketing strategies primarily for the Asian market; Promotes, hosts and develops special Asian player events; Tracks, analyzes and handles win and losses to determine “comp-worth"; Develops player relationships to mold gaming loyalty and retention to minimize player defection; Uses player tracking system to analyze player profitability.Generates and analyzes player evaluation reports and maintains player profiles to make cost effective complimentary and amenities decisions; Recruit new Player’s Club card members, explaining the benefits and privileges of using the Players Card. Communicate with players by both telephone and mail on a regular basis; Responds to player concerns and complaints and implements service recovery actions; Provides consistent, prompt and courteous guest service at all times and creates a friendly, comfortable and exciting atmosphere for all our guests.   Must read, write, speak and understand English and Chinese / Korean / Vietnamese. Minimum two (2) years in casino operations.  Two (2) years in player development specifically targeted to Asian Market is a plus. 
Player Development - Executive
The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of quantitative Player Development experience in the Casino industry and a proven record of cultivating and maintaining casino players.  The ability to develop and maintain NE Pennsylvania customer following is required.  Working knowledge of player tracking systems and ability to analyze and manage casino players’ “comp-worth” required.  Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the PGCB.
