ADMINISTRATION
Administrative Assistant

Cage Cashier
Responsible for handling transactions with both internal and external customer involving a variety of cash and cash equivalents. Exchange coins and tickets for cash and to make change for customers as necessary; Assist Slot dept. with payout of jackpots; Balance banks on daily basis; Conduct transactions with guests; Cash personal checks utilizing check guaranteeing service; Maintain, fill and service Ticket Redemption Units; Must be flexible to work varied hours; Knowledge/operational skills of coin counter and currency counters preferred; Must be able to operate office equipment and 10-key calculators; Min. 18 yrs. of age; HS Diploma/GED required; One (1) year retail cashier or money handling and customer service experience preferred; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License. 

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Banquet House Person - Set Up
Set-up and take down all meeting rooms, banquet space and ballroom areas. Clean and maintain all corridors, event areas, banquet storage areas, elevators and landings and service areas in the banquet facilities ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Banquet Server
Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards; Greet all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner; Ensure that wait staff stations are clean and maintained throughout shift; Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations; Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds; Handling objects; plates, trays, glasses, etc; Bending, stooping, kneeling; Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests, wait staff, cooks, and supervisor; Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when taking orders, completing paperwork, etc.; May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Barback
Provide excellent service to every customer as well as keep the beverage area clean and stocked at all times;  Responsible for delivery of requisitioned bar supplies (i.e., CO2 canisters, liquor, wine, beer, fruit, glasses, matches, ashtrays, ice, etc.); Position requires extensive physical exertion of the arms, hands and legs, the use of four-wheel carts, ice containers and two-wheel trash containers; Ability to operate the following equipment: Juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, shot glasses, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, non-alcoholic frozen drink machines, ice tea machines, and other necessary equipment; Min. 18 yrs. or older; HS Diploma/GED required; Previous customer service experience preferred Must be approved for and maintain a valid Non-Gaming license; Must be able to work all shifts, including Overnight shift.
Bartender
Responsible for providing friendly, excellent service while preparing and pouring drinks for customers; prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients; Collect payment from guests; Ability to operate the following equipment: juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, Co2 containers; beer taps; Knowledge of operating a cash register; Must be a min. of 18 yrs. of age ; HS Diploma-GED required; Previous customer service experience preferred with min. six months bartending experience. Part-time hours including one weekend day.
Beverage Manager
Job Summary:The Beverage Manager operates exciting beverage environments, which attract and retain Resort guests while contributing to the operational success of the Food and Beverage Department.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, PA state liquor laws and objectives, and meet the criteria of a AAA Four-Diamond resort.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:1.       Ensure that all beverage products served meet the established specifications and standards.2.       Communicate variances from the established standards to the Director of Food and Beverage.3.       Ensure that the proper levels of service are provided based on forecasted need.4.       Complete the required daily financial tools and reports.5.       Work with Finance to ensure that all revenue is captured and reported in an accurate and relevant manner.6.       Execute and audit beverage inventory and cost control systems and procedures.7.       Prepare all necessary paperwork, order the supplies and equipment needed for an efficient customer oriented operation.8.       Analyze and evaluate beverage department profit and loss statements and make recommendations as to alternate courses of action.9.       With the Director of Food & Beverage, direct the Purchasing Agent in matters pertaining to the purchase of beverages.10.   Solicit guest feedback by direct interaction.11.   Act immediately on any guest complaint to ensure that corrections are made and that 100% Satisfaction Guarantee invocations are made.12.   Maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe and comfortable work environment for employees and guests.13.   Ensure that all service equipment is handled safely and with reasonable care, reporting mechanical problems to the proper department for repair.14.   Ensure that corporate, property and departmental goals are identified and achieved and that positive results are Assist in managing all aspects of the assigned Restaurant Outlet on a daily basis and coordinate special events; Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Cocktail Server
Responsible for providing fast, friendly and courteous service to every customer while taking and serving beverage orders; Responsible for taking beverage orders and serving complimentary beverages to guests, slot and pit areas; Position requires ability to interact with the public, speak English clearly and remember details; Physical exertion in the way of walking, standing, turning, bending, lifting and carrying is also required; Must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition; Min. 18 years of age; HS Diploma/GED required; Six (6) months revious food and beverage experience required; Must be approved for and maintain a valid PA Non-Gaming license. Culinary Outlet Supervisor - Jr. Sous Chef
Supervises all area of responsibility throughout all food outlets, execution of food standards; including preparation, cost control and presentation of food items.  Inspects food quality indicators, and time control requirements.KEY DUTIES: Executes food standards, including preparation, cost control and presentation of food. SECURITY/SURVEILLANCE
Security Officer
VIP -  Must be a min. of 21 years old... Responsible for ensuring the safety of the Casino patrons, Hotel guests, employees of the Company and to protect the assets and property of the company; Ensures compliance with all Federal and State Laws and the Rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board; Responds immediately to all incidents, illegal activities or any other emergency situations; Continually monitors their assigned area for safety hazards that could endanger patrons, guests or employees.  Starting rate of pay is $10.00 per hour.   HS Diploma-GED required; Minimum one (1) year work experience.  Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required with occasional travel; Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License.
Surveillance Agent
