ADMINISTRATION
Cage Cashier
Responsible for handling transactions with both internal and external customer involving a variety of cash and cash equivalents. Exchange coins and tickets for cash and to make change for customers as necessary; Assist Slot dept. with payout of jackpots; Balance banks on daily basis; Conduct transactions with guests; Cash personal checks utilizing check guaranteeing service; Maintain, fill and service Ticket Redemption Units; Must be flexible to work varied hours; Knowledge/operational skills of coin counter and currency counters preferred; Must be able to operate office equipment and 10-key calculators; Min. 18 yrs. of age; HS Diploma/GED required; One (1) year retail cashier or money handling and customer service experience preferred; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License. 
IT Technician Level 1
Responsible for operating the company’s computer systems and providing first level PC/Network support; Computer operations would include ensuring all scheduled work is processed successfully during the assigned shift, troubleshooting any problems that may arise and correcting or, when necessary ensure escalation to the proper level within the department; Monitoring all jobs to ensure proper run status and, validate successful completion; Troubleshoot device problems and correct as needed; This would include replacing failing devices and ensuring proper configuration is maintained; Other duties as assigned; Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment; Min. 1 yr. computer operations or network support exp.; Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Gaming license as required by the PA Gaming Control Board.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Bartender
Responsible for providing friendly, excellent service while preparing and pouring drinks for customers; prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients; Collect payment from guests; Ability to operate the following equipment: juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, Co2 containers; beer taps; Knowledge of operating a cash register; Must be a min. of 18 yrs. of age ; HS Diploma/GED required; Previous customer service experience preferred with min. six months bartending experience. Part-time hours including one weekend day.
Beverage Shift Manager
The Beverage Shift Manager is responsible for all Beverage operations for their shift.  Monitor and ensure quality and efficiency of all aspects of the beverage department and property.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Cook (all levels)
Responsible for all kitchen operations; Prepares and produces menu items to recipe standards in a quick and efficient manner; Assist with employee training and scheduling; Knowledge of all meats, grading and cuts; HS D Diploma/GED required; Previous culinary experience with line cook  experience required. Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred.
Cook - Noodle Bar
Responsible for the fast and clean servicing of all menu items to the restaurant service persons and is responsible for seeing that each order that is sent out is uniform; Controls food production to include: proper cooking methods; proper cooking times and temperatures; insures sanitation, handling and storage of prepared foods and leftovers; Prepare food items according to portion and quality standards specified in recipes; control food usage to minimize waste; Maintain a clean kitchen by cleaning all work surfaces used in food preparation on an ongoing basis; 3-5 yrs. previous cooking exp. required; Previous Noodle Bar exp. highly preferred. Must be fluent in Chinese.
Cook 1 - Buffet - Saucier
Responsible for all kitchen operations; Prepares and produces menu items to recipe standards in a quick and efficient manner; Assist with employee training and scheduling; Knowledge of all meats, grading and cuts; High school diploma or equivalent, plus minimum three (3) years of culinary experience.  Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred.
Culinary Outlet Supervisor - Jr. Sous Chef
Supervises all area of responsibility throughout all food outlets, execution of food standards; including preparation, cost control and presentation of food items.  Inspects food quality indicators, and time control requirements. KEY DUTIES:·         Executes food standards, including preparation, cost control and presentation of food. Inspects food quality indicators and time control requirements of all employees.·         Maintain a clean kitchen by cleaning all work surfaces used in food preparation on an ongoing basis.·         Supervise area of responsibility. ·         Performs as a team member with cooks, dishwashers, supervisors, and pertinent Culinary Associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation on a scheduled shift. ·         Develops and follows all recipes and control procedures. ·         Assists in all areas of food production as needed. ·         Responsible for food cost and portion control. Responsible for scheduling and labor cost control. Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with State Health Regulations.  Preparation of weekly departmental schedules and labor control Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area, including but not limited to reach-ins, walk-ins and counters. Pool Attendant
Pool Attendant Qualified candidate must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition while providing exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the appearance of pool area and to enhance environment for creating an excellent time and ensuring safety of all guests, i.e. ensuring the pool deck is clean and slip resistant; sweeping, picking up trash and wiping all furniture, maintaining towels, changing/emptying ash trays and garbage cans regularly, etc.; Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment; High school diploma or its equivalency required with previous customer service experience preferred; Lifeguard, CPR for the professional Rescuer, and First Aid Training/Certification highly preferred; Must present a well-groomed appearance. Pool Server

Steward
Clean and sanitize  plateware, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, utensils , equipment and work area in a timely manner; Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds; Standing up and moving about the kitchen or other designated areas; Handling, objects, products, chemicals, cleaning supplies and utensils; Bending, stooping, kneeling; Varying shifts; Min. 18 yrs of age; HS Diploma/GED required.  Must be available from 6pm-2am. or 8pm-4am.
Stewarding Shift Manager
Must be available for all shifts, including nights. Assist the Executive Steward in supervision of day-to-day operations of stewards’ department; Responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas; Ensure all food and beverage outlets have sufficient equipment to perform adequately; Must be a minimum of 18 yrs. of age upon employment; High School diploma/GED required; Previous customer service experience preferred;  Four (4) years in the field of food and beverage; Minimum of two (2) years of management experience.  

RESORT OPERATIONS
Bartender - Golf Course - Seasonal
The Bartender – Golf Course will provide friendly, excellent service while preparing and pouring drinks for customers and beverage cart attendants.  The bartender will prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.Prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients.Mix drinks and collect payment from guests.Count bank at the beginning of shift to verify necessary amounts.  Count bank at the end of shift, separating room charges and comp tickets, completing paperwork.  Requires mathematical skills and writing ability.Ability to take beverage orders from customers of the bar requires ability to communicate clearly in English.Clean bar area including wiping down bar and picking up trash.  Restock supplies during slow periods, including lifting, bending, and reaching.Takes customer food orders and provides them to the Cook on duty.Prepares drinks and snack items and ensuring good product conditions are maintained. Performs cashiering tasks, i.e., ringing up orders, cash/credit transactions.Understands and responds to internal customer’s needs.Prepares, maintains and services the outside dining area.Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner. Meets expected service delivery times as defined by department’s service standards or as required by receiver of service or goods. Lift bar top to enter/leave bar work area (approximately 15lbs) or bending under to access area behind bar.Must be able to work within a narrow space – approx. 4.5 ft. wide behind bar.Address guests with a pleasant nature at all timesAcquire knowledge of the layout of the casino and golf course facilities and the ability to give proper directions.Punch time clock at beginning and end of shift, and sign in and out
Cash Services Representative
 THIS IS NOT A MACR POSITION.  CONTACT INFO BELOW:Contact for position: email: joe.franklin@cashservicecenters.com  call: 504-214-2461Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Maintains and reconciles a cash drawer, and secures cash, checks, forms, and other related inventory.  Consistently provides prompt, friendly and courteous service to guests, maintains constant awareness of services offered by Cash Service Centers.  Ensures security is maintained of cash drawer and all monetary instruments.  Cashes checks for guests in accordance with established procedures.  Performs cash advances in accordance with established procedures.  Exchanges cash for guests in adherence with established procedures.  Operates a 10-key calculator.  Performs bank paperwork/deposits and transfers funds with casino Main Bank.  Performs all other duties as assigned.
EVS Attendant
The Environmental Services (EVS) Public Area Attendant is responsible for highest level cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, including the casino during the assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.  One year of EVS cleaning experience preferred.
Golf Course Cart Attendant SEASONAL/ON CALL
Responsible for performing duties required in the daily operations of the golf shop and golf course while ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino; Performs daily staging, washing and fueling of golf cart fleet; Assists golf patrons with the loading and unloading of golf clubs/bags to and from automobiles and golf carts; Shuttles golf patrons and their golf equipment to and from Hotel with shuttle carts; Min. 18 years of age; HS Diploma/GED required; Possesses excellent customer service skills; Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of golf required.
Guest Services Representative
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for answering guest calls, making reservations accommodations for the hotel and its amenities, promotions and events, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Candidates must possess excellent customer service, organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills. Proficient computer/PC skills, including Microsoft Office, (LMS, ARTS and ACSC systems strongly preferred.  One to three years of Reservations/ Call Center experience preferred.
Heavy Porter
The Environmental Services (EVS) Heavy Porter is responsible for highest level cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, including the casino during the assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Responsible for the heavy cleaning and servicing of public and administrative areas, spa/salon, restaurants rest rooms and casino area and other assigned areas according to established procedures and standards. Promotes positive guest, employee and public relations at all times. Responsible for the quality, consistency and presentation of all products and services. Responsible for the safe and effective handling of heavy duty cleaning equipment such as, but not limited to, shampooers, buffers, burnishers, carpet cleaners and other miscellaneous cleaning equipment. Responsible for the security, cleaning, maintenance and safe storage of all equipment used. Must be able to complete tasks with minimal direction. Must ensure the safe handling of all chemicals and equipment according to manufacturer’s instructions and OSHA regulations. Responsible for the safe and efficient restoration and maintenance of all flooring. Deliver supplies as assigned. Promptly reports any maintenance, equipment, property or guest service problems to supervision. Must ensure the proper posting of signage when necessary. Participates in daily inspections with supervision as necessary. Assists in other projects and handles job tasks as deemed appropriate.
Wardrobe Attendant (Part Time)
Wardrobe Attendant keeps employee uniforms in good condition; collects, launders, issues and mends employee uniforms.  Additionally, assist the seamstress/tailor and wardrobe manager in other tasks as needed. One to two years of related experience highly preferred and should possess knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a wardrobe function.     

SECURITY/SURVEILLANCE
Security Officer
Responsible for ensuring the safety of the Casino patrons, Hotel guests, employees of the Company and to protect the assets and property of the company; Ensures compliance with all Federal and State Laws and the Rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board; Responds immediately to all incidents, illegal activities or any other emergency situations; Continually monitors their assigned area for safety hazards that could endanger patrons, guests or employees; Must be a min. of 21 yrs.; HS Diploma/GED required; Minimum one (1) year work experience.  Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required with occasional travel; Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License.

SLOT OPERATIONS
Slot Technician
Responsible for performing all repairs, maintenance, moves, modifications, and installation of all slot equipment but not limited to, slot machines and slot system equipment; Adjusts and repairs machines, replacing worn or defective parts as needed; Conducts routine maintenance and servicing of slot machines and related components; Conducts daily inspections of machines and equipment; Set machine options on slot machines and programs progressive slot controllers; Install new slot related equipment; Must be able to install and repair the ACSC slot system; Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed; Formal training in repair and maintenance of electronic equipment preferred; Prior experience as a slot technician a plus; Must be approved for and maintain a valid PA Gaming License; Able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

TABLE GAME OPERATIONS
Experienced and or Certified Table Games Dealers
(Mt Airy has positions open for Dealers with experience and/or Dealers with Certified Training from an accredited gaming school. All serious applicants are welcome to apply.  The process will involve an interview and table game audition. These positions are "On Call/Part time." )Responsible for the protection and integrity of the  games being dealt; Conducts the games in accordance with MACR policies and procedures and regulations of PGCB; Handling player transactions and notifying Floor Supervisor or Pit Manager of any irregularities; Responsible for maintaining a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the guest with a pleasant gaming experience; Excellent customer service and communication skills required. One (1) year experience as a casino dealer within the last five (5) years and certified in two (2) core games (Craps, Blackjack, Roulette and/or Baccarat) required.  Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the PGCB. Please indicate core games certifications held under the Special Skills section.
