ADMINISTRATION
Cage Cashier
Responsible for handling transactions with both internal and external customer involving a variety of cash and cash equivalents. Exchange coins and tickets for cash and to make change for customers as necessary; Assist Slot dept. with payout of jackpots; Balance banks on daily basis; Conduct transactions with guests; Cash personal checks utilizing check guaranteeing service; Maintain, fill and service Ticket Redemption Units; Must be flexible to work varied hours; Knowledge/operational skills of coin counter and currency counters preferred; Must be able to operate office equipment and 10-key calculators; Min. 18 yrs. of age; HS Diploma/GED required; One (1) year retail cashier or money handling and customer service experience preferred; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License. 
Casino Credit Clerk
Responsible for coordinating and maintaining al paperwork necessary to establish credit for guests and in compliance with established MACR policy and procedure; Request credit reference and bank reports associated with the issuance of credit and filing; Maintain customer credit files and handle customer correspondence regarding discrepancies on credit applications; Responsible for gathering and recording data conducive to the approval of casino credit on individual credit applications; Communicate with Central Credit and other properties regarding credit application; Computer proficiency  and good clerical skills. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be extremely numbers-oriented; HS Diploma/GED required; College level Banking or Finance or previous related experience preferred. Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License. Must be available to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
Count Room Clerk
Position Overview:The Count Room Clerk is responsible for actively participating in the Slot drop and counting and verifying all gaming revenues.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.  Shifts are 4am-noon daily.  Essential Job Functions:·         Perform the collection and count of soft drop for slot machines with the focus on accuracy.·         Accurately count slot drop and reconcile paperwork to the system reports for cash and gaming voucher transactions.  Report any discrepancies to the Income Audit Department.·         Accurately count the drop from Poker and Table Games and reconcile paperwork to the system reports for various transactions.  Report any discrepancies to the Income Audit Department.·         Responsible for operating cash  and coin counting equipment.·         Complete all worksheets and reports accurately and legibly.·         Comply with all cash handling procedures and the Internal Controls specific to the Count Room.·         Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.·         Communicate problems and issues to the Count Room Lead and/or Count Room Manager in a clear, concise and professional manner.·         Attend all necessary meetings.·         Other duties as assigned.·         Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed.  Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule.
Recruiter
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting; source, recruit, screen and interview applicants to determine qualifications and experience in conjunction with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Supervisor; Computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; Ability to deal effectively with  all levels of management and employees; HS Diploma/GED required; Min. 18 yrs of age; College degree preferred with two years previous Human Resource/Recruiting experience;  Hospitality/Gaming industry a plus. FOOD & BEVERAGE
Banquet House Person - Set Up
Set-up and take down all meeting rooms, banquet space and ballroom areas. Clean and maintain all corridors, event areas, banquet storage areas, elevators and landings and service areas in the banquet facilities ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Banquet Server
Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards; Greet all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner; Ensure that wait staff stations are clean and maintained throughout shift; Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations; Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds; Handling objects; plates, trays, glasses, etc; Bending, stooping, kneeling; Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests, wait staff, cooks, and supervisor; Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when taking orders, completing paperwork, etc.; May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Must be approved for and maintain a valid PA Non-Gaming License.
Barback
Provide excellent service to every customer as well as keep the beverage area clean and stocked at all times;  Responsible for delivery of requisitioned bar supplies (i.e., CO2 canisters, liquor, wine, beer, fruit, glasses, matches, ashtrays, ice, etc.); Position requires extensive physical exertion of the arms, hands and legs, the use of four-wheel carts, ice containers and two-wheel trash containers; Ability to operate the following equipment: Juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, shot glasses, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, non-alcoholic frozen drink machines, ice tea machines, and other necessary equipment; Min. 18 yrs. or older; HS Diploma/GED required; Previous customer service experience preferred Must be approved for and maintain a valid Non-Gaming license; Must be able to work all shifts, including Overnight shift.
Bartender
Responsible for providing friendly, excellent service while preparing and pouring drinks for customers; prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients; Collect payment from guests; Ability to operate the following equipment: juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, Co2 containers; beer taps; Knowledge of operating a cash register; Must be a min. of 18 yrs. of age ; HS Diploma-GED required; Previous customer service experience preferred with min. six months bartending experience. Part-time hours including one weekend day.
Beverage Shift Manager
The Beverage Shift Manager is responsible for all Beverage operations for their shift.  Monitor and ensure quality and efficiency of all aspects of the beverage department and property.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Buffet - Food Server
Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests in a fast-paced environment and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards; Greet all guests, take food orders in a prompt and professional manner and promote beverage sales. Ensure that wait staff stations are clean and maintained throughout shift; Six (6) months food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations; Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds; Handling objects; plates, trays, glasses, etc; Bending, stooping, kneeling; Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests, wait staff, cooks, and supervisor; Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when taking orders, completing paperwork, etc.; May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Buffet Supervisor
Assist in managing all aspects of the assigned Restaurant Outlet on a daily basis and coordinate special events; Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Cocktail Server
Responsible for providing fast, friendly and courteous service to every customer while taking and serving beverage orders; Responsible for taking beverage orders and serving complimentary beverages to guests, slot and pit areas; Position requires ability to interact with the public, speak English clearly and remember details; Physical exertion in the way of walking, standing, turning, bending, lifting and carrying is also required; Must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition; Min. 18 years of age; HS Diploma/GED required; Six (6) months revious food and beverage experience required; Must be approved for and maintain a valid PA Non-Gaming license. Open schedule with availability to work days/nights/weekends and holidays. 
Cook (all levels)
Responsible for all kitchen operations; Prepares and produces menu items to recipe standards in a quick and efficient manner; Assist with employee training and scheduling; Knowledge of all meats, grading and cuts; HS D Diploma-GED required; Previous culinary experience with line cook  experience required. Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred.
Dining Room Attendant
Stocks and maintains the inventory in the dining room to enable Buffet Beverage Servers to service guests; Separate dirty china, glassware and silver to deliver to kitchen for cleaning;  Remove soiled dishware from dining room and deliver to the dish room;  Retrieve clean flatware, china and glasses from dish room for restocking in dining room;  Clean, clear and set tables according to established service standards; Perform set-up and closing side work as assigned by manager, i.e., folding napkins, restocking service station areas, condiments, etc.; Min. six (6) months F &B exp. preferred; Must be able to work weekends/holidays; Min.  18 years of age; HS Diploma/GED required.
Employee Dining Room Attendant
Responsible for the fast and clean servicing of all menu items to the restaurant service persons and is responsible for seeing that each order that is sent out is uniform; Controls food production to include: proper cooking methods; proper cooking times and temperatures; insures sanitation, handling and storage of prepared foods and leftovers; Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area; May maintain supplies and equipment (trays, china, silver and condiments) for service at the station areas; one (1 ) year previous F&B experience required. Flexible work schedule - second shift.
Entertainment Host Hostess

 Assist servers in providing courteous service of food and beverage to guests by clearing and setting tables and performing miscellaneous tasks in a fine dining setting; Clear, clean, and set tables according to established service standards; Perform set-up and closing side work assignments such as make coffee, fold napkins, etc;  Stock service station with napkins, placemats, condiments, etc;  May routinely fill water glasses, serve non-alcoholic beverages and assist servers by delivering  items to guest tables; Minimum  18 years of age with minimum six (6) months food and beverage experience, preferably in a fine dining setting; Required to work nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Pool Attendant
Qualified candidate must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition while providing exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the appearance of pool area and to enhance environment for creating an excellent time and ensuring safety of all guests, i.e. ensuring the pool deck is clean and slip resistant; sweeping, picking up trash and wiping all furniture, maintaining towels, changing/emptying ash trays and garbage cans regularly, etc.; Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment; High school diploma or its equivalency required with previous customer service experience preferred; Lifeguard, CPR for the professional Rescuer, and First Aid Training/Certification highly preferred; Must present a well-groomed appearance. Stewarding Lead
Must be available for all shifts, including nights. Assist the Executive Steward in supervision of day-to-day operations of stewards’ department; Responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas; Ensure all food and beverage outlets have sufficient equipment to perform adequately; Must be a minimum of 18 yrs. of age upon employment; High School diploma/GED required; Previous customer service experience preferred;  Four (4) years in the field of food and beverage; Minimum of two (2) years of management experience.

RESORT OPERATIONS
Bell Person
The Bellperson is responsible for providing hospitality by greeting/welcoming and assisting guests with handling and transporting luggage and personal belongings while ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Essential Job Functions: ·         Welcomes guests in a friendly and courteous manner, unloads, stores and transports guests’ luggage and personal belongings.  ·         Promotes positive guest, employee and public relations at all times.·         Provides detailed information pertaining to room layout, features, amenities and hotel services to guest upon delivering luggage to rooms.  Offers to provide ice and order any additional room amenities.·         Tags and securely stores guests’ luggage and personal belongings.  ·         Maintains knowledge of property, hotel, events and promotions to assist with guest inquiries.·         Complies with departmental policies, procedures and standards.  ·         Effectively communicates all job/property related and pertinent information to superiors.·         Assists in other projects and handles job tasks as deemed appropriate.·         Attends meetings as necessary.·         Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
Cash Services Representative

EVS Attendant
The Environmental Services (EVS) Public Area Attendant is responsible for highest level cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, including the casino during the assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.  One year of EVS cleaning experience preferred.
EVS Supervisor
EVS Supervisor is a working supervisor responsible for supervising the operation Environmental Services during the assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino;  Assist the staff as necessary to facilitate EVS operations efficiently and professionally; Routinely inspects public areas to ensure cleanliness according standards Inventories and stocks supplies; Participates in the department’s training program to encompass knowledge of all safety regulations, policies, procedures and standards; Participates in the hiring process and prepares schedules to provide adequate coverage and meet business demands; Monitors employee productivity; Must be a min. of 18 yrs. of age; HS Diploma/GED required; older One to three yrs. of Hospitality/EVS supervisory experience required; Casino/Housekeeping/EVS management experience preferred; Knowledge of OSHA regulations required; Proficient computer/PC skills, including Microsoft Office; Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Non-Gaming license.  
Front Desk Agent On Call Position
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing hospitality through greeting and welcoming guests and assisting guests in a friendly and courteous manner while performing check in and checkout processes, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
General Maintenance Mechanic
Responsible for the overall general maintenance, replacement and repairs of all facility/property structures and equipment, including grounds keeping, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino;  Will assist tradesman as required to perform duties outside the General Maintenance area, i.e., plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, carpentry, etc; Must have knowledge of and the ability to read and understand codes; HS Diploma/GED req.;  One to three years of general maintenance and/or engineering experience required;  Must be ablet to work third (overnight) shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Guest Room Attendant
Responsible for the highest level of cleanliness of guest rooms, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino; the Guest Room Attendant will conform to all Housekeeping standards; Promote positive guest, employee and public relations at all times; Responsible for the quality, consistency and presentation of all products and services delivered to guests; Replenishes supplies, maintains a clean cart which is fully and neatly stocks with linens and supplies; Service a minimum of 14 guest rooms during a shift;  Responsible for the security of assigned room keys; Must be a min. of  18 yrs. of age; HS Diploma/GED required; One (1) year Hospitality/Housekeeping exp. preferred; Possess excellent customer service and communication skills; Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays. Part-Time.  Must be available to work 4PM - 12 AM
Guest Services Representative
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for answering guest calls, making reservations accommodations for the hotel and its amenities, promotions and events, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Candidates must possess excellent customer service, organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills. Proficient computer/PC skills, including Microsoft Office, (LMS, ARTS and ACSC systems strongly preferred.  One to three years of Reservations - Call Center experience preferred.
Guest Services- Lead
Position Overview: The Guest Services Lead is responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Guest Services Reservations, answering guest calls, making reservations accommodations for the hotel and its amenities, promotions and events, and ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Essential Job Functions: ·         Responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Guest Services Reservations.·         Promotes positive guest, employee and public relations at all times.·         Responsible for the quality, consistency and presentation of all products and services delivered to guests.·         Responsible for maintaining a current knowledge of rooms inventory; Heavy Porter
The Environmental Services (EVS) Heavy Porter is responsible for highest level cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, including the casino during the assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel-Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Responsible for the heavy cleaning and servicing of public and administrative areas, spa-salon, restaurants rest rooms and casino area and other assigned areas according to established procedures and standards. Promotes positive guest, employee and public relations at all times. Responsible for the quality, consistency and presentation of all products and services. Responsible for the safe and effective handling of heavy duty cleaning equipment such as, but not limited to, shampooers, buffers, burnishers, carpet cleaners and other miscellaneous cleaning equipment. Responsible for the security, cleaning, maintenance and safe storage of all equipment used. Must be able to complete tasks with minimal direction. Must ensure the safe handling of all chemicals and equipment according to manufacturer’s instructions and OSHA regulations. Responsible for the safe and efficient restoration and maintenance of all flooring. Deliver supplies as assigned. Promptly reports any maintenance, equipment, property or guest service problems to supervision. Must ensure the proper posting of signage when necessary. Participates in daily inspections with supervision as necessary. Assists in other projects and handles job tasks as deemed appropriate.
Houseperson
Responsible for the highest level of cleanliness of guest room floor areas and hotel areas as assigned, supports Guest Room Attendants by stocking supplies and equipment and handling all linen processes; Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations; Operates heavy duty equipment including shampooers; Min. 18 yrs. of ag; HS Diploma-GED; One year Hospitality-Housekeeping exp. preferred; Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays.
Linen Houseperson
Responsible for handling, issuing and processing all linens, textiles and supplies and supporting Housekeeping operations, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino; Maintains linen and supplies storage facilities in a clean and orderly manner; Prepares, inspects and counts linens and textiles from laundry service;One year of Hospitality/Housekeeping experience preferred; Minimum 18 yrs of age; HS Diploma/GED required.  On-Call Position with availability to work second shift including weekends and holidays.
Marketing Operations Representative Part Time
Responsible for assisting Players Club card members and greeting Bus Marketing patrons; Ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino; Must provide friendly and courteous service to all customers at all times; Must be able to provide knowledgeable answers to any inquiries by the patrons; Enroll patrons to the Player’s Club and assist with PIN numbers; One (1) to three (3) years Marketing/Customer Service experience preferred; Proficient computer skills required; Knowledge of  player tracking systems preferred;  Min. 18 yrs.  of age upon employment; HS Diploma/GED required;  Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming license. On-Call position.
Seamstress
The Seamstress is responsible for repairing employee uniforms and restaurant and hotel linens.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Valet Attendant
Responsible for the efficient and safe parking and retrieval of guests’ vehicles, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino; Must be a minimum 18 years of age or older upon employment; Must possess valid PA Driver’s License with clean driving record for the past three years; One year  valet parking/traffic controller exp. preferred; Must be able to operate all manual and automatic transmission vehicles; Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays; Must be approved for and maintain a valid PA Gaming License .
Valet Dispatch
Responsible for the accurate data entry from valet tickets, receiving and settlement of guest transactions and dispatching of valet tickets for retrieval of vehicles, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino; Promotes positive guest, employee and public relations at all times; Must be a min. 18 yrs. of age or older; High School Diploma or equivalent required; Possess excellent customer service and cash handling skills, organizational skills a must; Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays; Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Non- Gaming License as required by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Waste Water Treatment OPERATOR - Utilities Technician
 Responsible for operating wastewater plants and equipment used to collect, treat and dispose of waterborne domestic and commercial waste efficiently and in accordance with specified procedures; Ensures that pumps, conveyors, blowers, chlorinators, vacuum equipment and other waste water treatment equipment are functioning properly; Repairs, inspects and maintains all waste water treatment equipment; Must have knowledge of and the ability to read and understand codes;  Must be a minimum 18 years of age or older upon employment; High School Diploma or equivalent required Wastewater Operator License preferred but not required; One (1) year of exp. in the field required; Must possess a valid driver’s license; Must have an interest in biology and an aptitude for understanding mechanical equipment and systems.  SALARY - 16-20 per hour 

SECURITY/SURVEILLANCE
Security Officer
VIP -  Must be a min. of 21 years old... Responsible for ensuring the safety of the Casino patrons, Hotel guests, employees of the Company and to protect the assets and property of the company; Ensures compliance with all Federal and State Laws and the Rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board; Responds immediately to all incidents, illegal activities or any other emergency situations; Continually monitors their assigned area for safety hazards that could endanger patrons, guests or employees.  Starting rate of pay is $10.00 per hour.   HS Diploma-GED required; Minimum one (1) year work experience.  Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required with occasional travel; Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License.
Surveillance Agent
Responsible for operating all surveillance computer equipment; Monitors all areas of the property and closely observes a target game, staff member or customer; Reports improper activity or disturbances to supervisor or security team for further investigation; Ensures compliance with gaming requirements set by state gaming authority and local law enforcement; Safeguards the assets of the organization; Assists the Surveillance Shift Manager in organizing routine random surveillances as required; Works closely with the Security Department to prevent the loss or damage of company assets; HS Diploma/GED required; Minimum two (2) years related experience preferred; Performs a variety of tasks as determined by the Surveillance Shift Manager; Minimum  21 years of age; Must maintain a valid PA Gaming License. Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

SLOT OPERATIONS
Slot Tech Supervisor
The Slot Technician Supervisor will provide training, technical direction and guidance to co-workers in installing, servicing and adjusting of slot machines and slot system.   All duties are to be performed according to the policies and procedures of the Mount Airy Casino Resort and the regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Essential Job Functions:·         Leads staff in safeguarding and maintaining the slot machines.·         Provides technical direction to co-workers with regards to troubleshooting of slot equipment.·         Prepares requisitions for parts and equipment.·         Conducts daily inspections of machines and equipment.·         Coordinates movements, modifications of machines as directed.·         Trains co-workers to repair, adjust, install, option and setup slot machines as well as the slot monitoring system.·         Responsible for ordering and maintaining all necessary supplies for slot repair and maintenance.·         Assigns duties to slot technical staff for preventive maintenance and machine inspections as directed.·         Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times.  Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.·         Must be able to install and repair the ACSC slot system.·         Attends all necessary meetings.        ·         Assist in other projects as directed·         Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.·         Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule. Essential Requirements:·         Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment.·         Experience with ACSC slot system is a preferred.·         Three (3) years experience as a slot technician.·         Demonstrated experience providing training, technical direction and guidance to co-workers.·         Experience at bench level repair is preferred. ·         Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the employees throughout all levels of the Mount Airy Casino Resort.·         Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid license as required by the PA Gaming Control Board.·         Must have ability to deal affectively and interact well with customers and employees.·         Must demonstrate leadership, fairness and sensibility to the customers and employees.
Slot Technician
Responsible for performing all repairs, maintenance, moves, modifications, and installation of all slot equipment but not limited to, slot machines and slot system equipment; Adjusts and repairs machines, replacing worn or defective parts as needed; Conducts routine maintenance and servicing of slot machines and related components; Conducts daily inspections of machines and equipment; Set machine options on slot machines and programs progressive slot controllers; Install new slot related equipment; Must be able to install and repair the ACSC slot system; Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed; Formal training in repair and maintenance of electronic equipment preferred; Prior experience as a slot technician a plus; Must be approved for and maintain a valid PA Gaming License; Able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

TABLE GAME OPERATIONS
Experienced and or Certified Table Games Dealers
(Mt Airy has positions open for Dealers with experience and/or Dealers with Certified Training from an accredited gaming school. All serious applicants are welcome to apply.  The process will involve an interview and table game audition. These positions are "On Call-Part time." )Responsible for the protection and integrity of the  games being dealt; Conducts the games in accordance with MACR policies and procedures and regulations of PGCB; Handling player transactions and notifying Floor Supervisor or Pit Manager of any irregularities; Responsible for maintaining a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the guest with a pleasant gaming experience; Excellent customer service and communication skills required. One (1) year experience as a casino dealer within the last five (5) years and certified in two (2) core games (Craps, Blackjack, Roulette and/or Baccarat) required.  Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the PGCB. Player Development - Asian Host
The Asian Host executes the Asian player marketing strategy to maintain the existing clientele base and increase premium players, their visits and their loyalty. Executes effective player marketing strategies primarily for the Asian market; Promotes, hosts and develops special Asian player events; Tracks, analyzes and handles win and losses to determine “comp-worth"; Develops player relationships to mold gaming loyalty and retention to minimize player defection; Uses player tracking system to analyze player profitability.Generates and analyzes player evaluation reports and maintains player profiles to make cost effective complimentary and amenities decisions; Recruit new Player’s Club card members, explaining the benefits and privileges of using the Players Card. Communicate with players by both telephone and mail on a regular basis; Responds to player concerns and complaints and implements service recovery actions; Provides consistent, prompt and courteous guest service at all times and creates a friendly, comfortable and exciting atmosphere for all our guests.   Must read, write, speak and understand English and Chinese / Korean / Vietnamese. Minimum two (2) years in casino operations.  Two (2) years in player development specifically targeted to Asian Market is a plus. 
Player Development - Executive
The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of quantitative Player Development experience in the Casino industry and a proven record of cultivating and maintaining casino players.  The ability to develop and maintain NE Pennsylvania customer following is required.  Working knowledge of player tracking systems and ability to analyze and manage casino players’ “comp-worth” required.  Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the PGCB. 
Player Development Executive-Host
Tracks, analyzes and manages win and losses to determine “comp-worth”; Develops table games player relationships to minimize player defection; Uses player tracking system to analyze player profitability. Generates and analyzes player evaluation reports and maintains player profiles to make cost effective complimentary and amenities decisions; Demonstrates strong understanding of Table games operations.Meets the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task; Pro-actively greets, interacts, and assists resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promotes a cooperative and harmonious work environment; Identifies and cultivates new table games players by utilizing the marketing tools provided by the company; Develops a strong repeat guest base through personal contacts and relationship marketing techniques; Interacts with Casino Marketing Representatives; Processes reservations requested by casino guests, including tournament and special events reservations and evaluate table games player accounts.  Minimum three (3) years in casino operations.  Three (3) years in player developement department. Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming license.
