ADMINISTRATION
Cage Cashier-Primarily 9p-7a Hours
Responsible for handling transactions with both internal and external customer involving a variety of cash and cash equivalents. Exchange coins and tickets for cash and to make change for customers as necessary; Assist Slot dept. with payout of jackpots; Balance banks on daily basis; Conduct transactions with guests; Cash personal checks utilizing check guaranteeing service; Maintain, fill and service Ticket Redemption Units; Must be flexible to work varied hours; Knowledge/operational skills of coin counter and currency counters preferred; Must be able to operate office equipment and 10-key calculators; Min. 18 yrs. of age; HS Diploma/GED required; One (1) year retail cashier or money handling and customer service experience preferred; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License. 
IT Technician Level 1
Responsible for operating the company’s computer systems and providing first level PC-Network support; Computer operations would include ensuring all scheduled work is processed successfully during the assigned shift, troubleshooting any problems that may arise and correcting or, when necessary ensure escalation to the proper level within the department; Monitoring all jobs to ensure proper run status and, validate successful completion; Troubleshoot device problems and correct as needed; This would include replacing failing devices and ensuring proper configuration is maintained; Other duties as assigned; Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment; Min. 1 yr. computer operations or network support exp.; Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Gaming license as required by the PA Gaming Control Board.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Beverage Shift Manager
The Beverage Shift Manager is responsible for all Beverage operations for their shift.  Monitor and ensure quality and efficiency of all aspects of the beverage department and property.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Buffet - Food Server
Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests in a fast-paced environment and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards; Greet all guests, take food orders in a prompt and professional manner and promote beverage sales. Ensure that wait staff stations are clean and maintained throughout shift; Six (6) months food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations; Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds; Handling objects; plates, trays, glasses, etc; Bending, stooping, kneeling; Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests, wait staff, cooks, and supervisor; Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when taking orders, completing paperwork, etc.; May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. HS Diploma/GED required. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Cocktail Server
Responsible for providing fast, friendly and courteous service to every customer while taking and serving beverage orders; Responsible for taking beverage orders and serving complimentary beverages to guests, slot and pit areas; Position requires ability to interact with the public, speak English clearly and remember details; Physical exertion in the way of walking, standing, turning, bending, lifting and carrying is also required; Must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition; Min. 18 years of age; HS Diploma/GED required; Six (6) months revious food and beverage experience required; Must be approved for and maintain a valid PA Non-Gaming license. Open schedule with availability to work days/nights/weekends and holidays. 
Cook - Wok
Responsible for the fast and clean servicing of all menu items to the restaurant service persons and is responsible for seeing that each order that is sent out is uniform; Controls food production to include: proper cooking methods; proper cooking times and temperatures; insures sanitation, handling and storage of prepared foods and leftovers; Prepare food items according to portion and quality standards specified in recipes; control food usage to minimize waste; Maintain a clean kitchen by cleaning all work surfaces used in food preparation on an ongoing basis; 3-5 yrs. previous cooking exp. required; Previous Noodle Bar exp. highly preferred. Must be fluent in Chinese.
Cook -Buffet and Main Kitchen
Responsible for all kitchen operations; Prepares and produces menu items to recipe standards in a quick and efficient manner; Assist with employee training and scheduling; Knowledge of all meats, grading and cuts; HS D Diploma-GED required; Previous culinary experience with line cook  experience required. Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred.
Culinary Outlet Supervisor - Jr. Sous Chef
Supervises all area of responsibility throughout all food outlets, execution of food standards; including preparation, cost control and presentation of food items.  Inspects food quality indicators, and time control requirements.KEY DUTIES: Executes food standards, including preparation, cost control and presentation of food. Inspects food quality indicators and time control requirements of all employees.Maintain a clean kitchen by cleaning all work surfaces used in food preparation on an ongoing basis.Supervise area of responsibility.Performs as a team member with cooks, dishwashers, supervisors, and pertinent Culinary Associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation on a scheduled shift.Develops and follows all recipes and control procedures.Assists in all areas of food production as needed.Responsible for food cost and portion control.Responsible for scheduling and labor cost control.Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with State Health Regulations.Preparation of weekly departmental schedules and labor controlMaintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area, including but not limited to reach-ins, walk-ins and counters. Day Night Beverage Shift Manager Casino GET WET Ultra Pool
Strong beverage knowledge preferred. Qualified candidate must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition; and must demonstrate leadership, fairness and sensibility to the customers and employees.  Must possess ability to instill a sense of pride and personal responsibility in subordinate employees; Responsibilities include managing the daily operations within on Casino floor and GET WET Ultra Pool while effectively monitoring and ensuring quality and efficiency of all operational demands and business volumes, including but not limited to customer service, scheduling, inventory, payroll/attendance, employee relations, etc.; Ensures GET WET Ultra Pool is operated in full compliance with applicable liquor regulations; Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment; High School diploma or equivalent is required; Must present a well-groomed appearance. Previous customer service experience required with 3-5 years in the field of food and beverage and front-line customer service. Performs “station” and “side work” checks, voids checks as directed by policy and assists with administrative duties as assigned. Seating Host
The Seating Host will responsible for hosting and seating all guests to shows and or other special events hosted at Mount Airy Casino Resort.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Welcome, host and seat all customers to assigned show and or special event.Answers questions/ inquiries and handles all guest requests.Practice good guest relations when encountering guests.Manual dexterity to put wrist bands on guests when/if necessary.Able to maintain composure during guests interactions. Able to control situations which may become confrontational with the guests.Able to identify intoxicated patrons.Must be a team player and cooperate with employees within the department as well as other departments. Presents a good image and professional bearing throughout the shift.Requires mathematical skills and writing ability.Addresses guests with a pleasant nature at all times.Acquire knowledge of the casino layout and the ability to give proper directions. Qualifications/Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time. Supervisor Manager- Lucky 8 Noodle and Sushi Bar
Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the outlet and restaurant staff; Ability to understand budgets and reports, a plus; Must be computer literate, including knowledge of all Microsoft office applications as well as restaurant POS systems; Customer service experience is a must, preferably in a fast-casual restaurant setting. Sushi experience preferred, but not mandatory.  Bi-lingual in Chinese is helpful, but not mandatory. Fluent in English -reading and writing required.Associates degree preferred; Min. 2-3 yrs. in the field of food and beverage; supervisory experience preferred but willing to train the right person. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.  Pay commensurate with experience, room to grow, full benefits available.  
Sushi - Wok Cook- Lucky 8 Noodle and Sushi Bar

Count Room Clerk Part Time SHIFT BEGINS AT 4AM
 This position requires a person to be in at 4:00 AM.  Only serious applicants please.Responsible for actively participating in the Slot drop,counting and verifying all gaming revenue;  Perform the collection and count of soft drop for slot machines with the focus on accuracy; Accurately count slot drop and reconcile paperwork to the system reports for cash and gaming voucher transactions; Report any discrepancies to the Income Audit Department; Responsible for operating cash counting equipment; Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule; Min. 18 yrs. of age; HS Diploma/GED required; Previous cash handling experience preferred; Part- time hours;  Adept with mechanical devices preferred. RESORT OPERATIONS
Asian Executive Host
Position Overview: The Asian Host executes the Asian player marketing strategy to increase premium players, their visits and their loyalty.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Job Functions: Executes effective player marketing strategies primarily for the Asian marketAbility to issue complimentaries in accordance with the approved comp matrix Promotes, hosts and develops special Asian player eventsTracks, analyzes and handles win and losses to determine “comp-worth"Develops player relationships to mold gaming loyalty and retention to minimize player defection.Uses player tracking system to analyze player profitability.Generates and analyzes player evaluation reports and maintains player profiles to make cost effective complimentary and amenities decisions.Provides consistent, prompt and courteous guest service at all times. Creates a friendly, comfortable and exciting atmosphere for all our guests. Promotes   positive guest, employee and public relations at all times. Must be aware and knowledgeable of all player promotions and give-aways. Recruit new Player’s Club card members, explaining the benefits and privileges of using the Players Card. Communicate with players by both telephone and mail on a regular basis. Handles all other duties as assigned by the Director of Player Development. VIP -  Must be a min. of 21 years old... Responsible for ensuring the safety of the Casino patrons, Hotel guests, employees of the Company and to protect the assets and property of the company; Ensures compliance with all Federal and State Laws and the Rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board; Responds immediately to all incidents, illegal activities or any other emergency situations; Continually monitors their assigned area for safety hazards that could endanger patrons, guests or employees.  Starting rate of pay is $10.00 per hour.   HS Diploma-GED required; Minimum one (1) year work experience.  Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required with occasional travel; Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License.
Security Shift Manager
Position Overview: This position is responsible for supervising the Security shift in compliance with all Federal and State Laws and all Rules and Regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Responsible for performing all repairs, maintenance, moves, modifications, and installation of all slot equipment but not limited to, slot machines and slot system equipment; Adjusts and repairs machines, replacing worn or defective parts as needed; Conducts routine maintenance and servicing of slot machines and related components; Conducts daily inspections of machines and equipment; Set machine options on slot machines and programs progressive slot controllers; Install new slot related equipment; Must be able to install and repair the ACSC slot system; Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed; Formal training in repair and maintenance of electronic equipment preferred; Prior experience as a slot technician a plus; Must be approved for and maintain a valid PA Gaming License; Able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

TABLE GAME OPERATIONS
Executive Host Marketing
The Executive Host/Marketing executes the slot player marketing strategy to maintain and increase premium players, their visits and their loyalty.  Develops slot player relationships to mold gaming loyalty and retention to minimize player defection;Tracks, analyzes and manages win and losses to determine “comp-worth” and uses player tracking system to analyze player profitability; Generates and analyzes player evaluation reports and maintains player profiles to make cost effective complimentary and amenities decisions; Develops a strong repeat guest base through personal contacts and relationship marketing techniques, such as communicating property events and amenities to guests via email, phone, and/or mail; Processes reservations requested by casino guests, including tournament and special events reservations; Researches and evaluates slot player accounts using Players Club and/or other software program(s); Maintains organization and inventory of supplies for Player Development and Host areas; Ensures routine adherence to service standards, job standards and standard operating procedures; Responds to player concerns and complaints and implements service recovery actions; Provides consistent, prompt and courteous guest service at all times and creates a friendly, comfortable and exciting atmosphere for all our guests.  Minimum two (2) years in casino operations.  Two (2) years in player development specifically in the Slots department is a plus. Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming license.  
Experienced and or Certified Table Games Dealers
(Mt Airy has positions open for Dealers with experience and/or Dealers with Certified Training from an accredited gaming school. All serious applicants are welcome to apply.  The process will involve an interview and table game audition. These positions are "On Call-Part time." )Responsible for the protection and integrity of the  games being dealt; Conducts the games in accordance with MACR policies and procedures and regulations of PGCB; Handling player transactions and notifying Floor Supervisor or Pit Manager of any irregularities; Responsible for maintaining a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the guest with a pleasant gaming experience; Excellent customer service and communication skills required. One (1) year experience as a casino dealer within the last five (5) years and certified in two (2) core games (Craps, Blackjack, Roulette and/or Baccarat) required.  Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the PGCB.
